Returns Policy, Exchanges + Shipping

Salt Washed will happily offer an exchange or refund for your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in original packing. Items must be free of makeup, perfume, pet hair or any wear and tear.

Returns/Refunds/exchanges must be made 14 days from the date of purchase. Refunds/exchanges are not available on free, promotional, or discounted items.

Custom items are nonrefundable. Pre-sale orders are nonrefundable.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return label and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS: You will receive your refund after your package is inspected.

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original form of payment method. Please allow a few days for your bank/credit card to process and post the refund.

Shipping:

All packages are shipped USPS Priority at a flat rate of $7.50.

Orders over $75 ship for free.
